Adult ski school for beginners are divided into 4 levels, all of which are designed to blend and develop skills at a rate which suits you. Each level has an aim, however, the exact content will be tailored to the specific needs or the group.

AIM: TO INTRODUCE COMPLETE BEGINNERS TO THE BASICS & INTRODUCTION OF EQUIPMENT. |

- Learning the basics - sliding, posture, balance, ankle flexibility
- Advice - What next.

LEVEL 2 |

AIM: TO DEVELOP CONTROL OF SPEED. |

- Revision and practice, especially posture, balance and flexibility.
- Control of speed - introduction to 'snowplough'.
- Introduction to button lift.
- Advice - What next.

| LEVEL 3 |
|
AIM: TO DEVELOP CONTROL OF DIRECTION. |

|
- Warm up exercises.
- Revision and practice, especially posture, balance and flexibility.
- Introduction to steering - 'the snowplough turn'
- Advice - What next.

|
| LEVEL 4 |
|
AIM: TO IMPROVE STEERING SKILLS AND COPE WITH VARIED TERRAIN. |

- Revision and practice, especially to alter balance
- Developing the snowplough turn.
